After Sales Technical Clerk (m/f/d)

What awaits you

• Inquiries and quotations for spare and wear parts from suppliers
• Commercial order processing (including SAP) in the service area
• Support with export transactions
• Checking and supporting the logistics of service orders
• Processing supplier declarations
• Maintenance of master data
• Administrative tasks in the CRM system and processing tickets

What you should bring

• Completed technical vocational training
• Knowledge of current export regulations is an advantage
• Technical experience in service support and sales of process engineering components
• Additional commercial knowledge required
• Very good user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Very good written and spoken English skills
