In this role, you will support sales in large-deal opportunities and provide industry-specific insights to product line leaders to advocate for retail-specific outcomes. You will influence various personas within the buying team and evaluate products against retail sector needs to suggest improvements that enhance product value.

Requirements include:

• At least 10 years of experience in retail, either in a retail organization or a consultancy supporting retailers.
• Deep understanding of logistics processes in retail.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
• Strong network within European FMCG & Retail sectors.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on retail operations improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent German and high-level English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.
