Job Description

Required Qualifications

  1. Strong technical experience with German Payroll processing across at least two different industries.
  2. Experience with monthly and yearly payroll end activities/reporting, including troubleshooting.
  3. Experience with German private pension contributions, including schema and rules adjustments.
  4. Implementation of new legal payroll reporting processes (e.g., UV; A1 reporting).
  5. Adjustment of schemas, rules, functions, and features.
  6. Experience with modifications and user exits.
  7. Adjustment of forms (payslip, certifications, etc.).
  8. Incident analysis of AVMG, EEL, AAG, LST, and DEÜV topics.
  9. Adjustment of SAP standard accounting programs (RPCIPE) and maintenance of customer-specific accounting programs.

Skills

  1. Experience in SAP HCM, focusing on time management and IT experience, preferably in the finance or insurance industry.
  2. Fluent in German language.
