Software developer (m/f/d) for hardware-related IoT & SaaS solutions wanted!

Our client is a leading tech company in the DACH region in the field of telematics from Dresden. This company realizes tailor-made software solutions for information and communication systems in the field of transport and logistics and is now looking for reinforcement in hardware-related software development at the Dresden location.

Tasks

  • As Software Developer IoT & SaaS (m/f/d) you will further develop hardware-related software as well as the core infrastructure of our customer's SaaS solution.
  • You translate individual customer requirements into standardized features.
  • You optimize performance and deal efficiently with limited resources on IoT devices.
  • You work closely with internal departments such as Support and also communicate directly with partners and customers.
  • You will also design and implement powerful solutions for complex databases.

Qualification

  • You have sound knowledge of Python, Java and C#.
  • You are experienced in working with SQL, especially with large databases.
  • You have a keen sense of hardware performance.
  • You can handle the limited resources of an IoT device efficiently.
  • Ideally, you have already gained knowledge of vehicle extensions such as digital control devices or weighing systems.
  • You read technical standards and protocol descriptions like others read the morning paper.
  • You have creativity, a thirst for discovery and a certain tenacity.
  • Business fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
