Description

You will be the primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. You will work alongside a Senior Relationship Manager, covering clients within the Private Capital Markets ecosystem, including Hedge Fund managers, Private Equity Partners, and Founders of sponsor-backed businesses.

Responsibilities

1. Develop new business with both new and existing Italian clients based in Italy and abroad, focusing on prospecting, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and internal teams such as Private Capital Markets desks, Discretionary Portfolio Desk, and Direct Advisory Desk.

2. Advise clients within the regulatory framework, especially cross-border rules within Italy and Luxembourg, and stay updated on all market-impacting initiatives.

3. Identify client lending and financing needs proactively, involving lending specialists to develop opportunities to completion.

4. Act as the Accountable Client Owner, responsible for Anti-Money Laundering aspects, including KYC and account behavior monitoring.

5. Oversee the suitability and appropriateness of client investments, handle execution orders, and perform all necessary checks.

6. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in prospecting and managing client portfolios.

7. Contribute to a team responsible for significant revenue impact in the region.

Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/experience.

2. Experience in client services or private banking within Private Client Wealth Management.

3. Up to 5 years of relevant investment experience.

4. Experience in taking client orders and booking trades.

5. Extensive Capital Markets knowledge, including derivatives (Fixed Income, Equity, Listed Derivatives, Foreign Exchange).

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Fluent in English and Italian.
