In der Rolle des Product Owners bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle und treibende Kraft für die Themen und Prioritäten deines Teams.

Um die Nutzer der digitalen Versicherungsplattformen unseres Kunden zu begeistern, entwickelt ihr innovative Funktionen die gleichzeitig eine reibungslose Customer Experience bieten. Dabei optimiert ihr stetig die Conversion und Retention der Produkte.

// DAS BIST DU //

• Du hast praktische Erfahrungen in der Planung, Koordination und Abstimmung Deines Product Backlogs. Dabei vermagst Du es sowohl die fachlichen als auch die technischen Anforderungen im Blick zu haben. Bei den Details zur technischen Umsetzung hast Du aber volles Vertrauen in dein Team.
• Entscheidungen triffst Du anhand von qualitativen Beobachtungen, quantitativen Auswertungen, dem Aufwand für die Umsetzung und nicht zuletzt dem Wert für die Kunden unseres Klienten und des Unternehmens. Dabei schaust Du lieber einmal mehr über den Tellerrand hinaus als Dich in den Details der Erbsensuppe zu verlieren.
• Du verstehst es komplexe Probleme zu knacken, indem Du Daten und Abläufe so strukturierst, dass sie für alle Beteiligten gut verständlich sind.
• Du hast im Laufe Deiner mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung bewiesen, dass Du technische und prozessuale Restriktionen sehr gut verstehst. In kleinen Schritten näherst Du Dich dem großen Ziel auf strukturierte Art und Weise. In der Kommunikation mit dem IT-Team bist Du sehr präzise. Für komplexe Herausforderungen findet ihr gemeinsam eine pragmatische, wie auch überzeugende Lösung.
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Versicherungen und Finanzen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch und sehr gut Deutsch.

As a Product Owner, you will be the central point of contact and driving force for your team's topics and priorities.

In order to inspire the users of our client's digital insurance platforms, you will develop innovative functions that simultaneously offer a smooth customer experience. In doing so, you will constantly optimize the conversion and retention of the products.

// THAT’S YOU //

• You have practical experience in planning, coordinating and aligning your product backlog. In doing so, you are able to keep an eye on both the functional and the technical requirements. However, you have full confidence in your team when it comes to the details of the technical implementation.
• You make decisions based on qualitative observations, quantitative evaluations, the effort required for implementation and, last but not least, the value for our client's customers and the company. You prefer to think outside the box rather than getting lost in details.
• You know how to crack complex problems by structuring data and processes in such a way that they are easy to understand for everyone involved.
• During your several years of professional experience you have proven that you understand technical and procedural restrictions very well. In small steps you approach the big goal in a structured way. You are very precise in your communication with the IT team. Together you will find a pragmatic and convincing solution for complex challenges.
• Knowledge in the field of insurance and finance is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• You speak fluent English and very good German.
