In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the Contract & Change Notification System (CCNS) for our Life Science quality organization, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, the US, and beyond. The CCNS is vital in safeguarding our global manufacturing sites and managing thousands of customer contracts, ensuring legally-binding quality commitments and automated change notifications. You will take ownership of the business enhancement backlog, translating stakeholder ideas into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Serving as the primary liaison between various teams, you will coordinate user acceptance testing and maintain process documentation. Your role also involves managing ServiceNow tickets, providing user support, and designing training programs for a global audience. You will monitor key performance indicators and compliance requirements, driving the multi-year roadmap and preparing business cases for budget planning.
