Business Analyst for Test, Demo and Development - Trial & Learning Licenses (f/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a business analyst (f/m/d) within the SIX organization, responsible for SAP’s Partner Test, Demonstration and Development (TDD), Customer Try-outs & Learning business models you will:

Drive SAP's ambitious goals by helping to measure the impact of the SIX business models along the partner, customer and learner journey and gather, interpret, and use complex data (e.g. leads, opportunities, deals, usage data, certification learning data) and aggregate this to an easily understandable level for the different stakeholders.
Help identify the affected processes, the data elements needed to ensure proper measurement of success and provide gap analysis and derive business requirements into SIX Reporting Strategy (e.g. MXP, SAP’s IT roadmap).
Develop clear measurable success criteria & KPI’s in alignment with our strategists along the SIX business processes & models to enable SAP to drive cloud adoption.
Develop reporting dashboards and analytical insights in alignment with other SAP teams and relevant stakeholders to analyze the data around: Service portfolio, service adoption, service impact for SAP (e.g. orders trends, usage trends, partner coverage, generated leads & opportunities, converted deals, influenced revenue by partner).
Contribute to work on stakeholder/user group specific business requirements for reporting/analytics to assess the data related to SIX licensing models.

YOUR PROFILE

Excellent numerical and analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools.
Good knowledge of at least one relational database and knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
Experience with statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques and the ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows and the ability to carry out data quality control, validation, and linkage while considering data protection principles.
Curious, open-minded, and a real team player.
3+ years of working experience with a proven track record in Controlling or Analytics – industry experience.
University degree or equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant disciplines.
Business fluent in German and English.

We offer licenses & processes for SAP customers, partners, and academia to easily discover, try-out, and test SAP solutions, develop third-party solutions to extend SAP solution portfolio, and learn how to implement, sell and use SAP solutions and technology efficiently. These licenses are a prerequisite for volume and value business for SAP partners and provide advanced test capabilities to customers.
