Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The role of Talent Development Generalist is to support the Talent Development programs and initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, development actions, and culture / engagement activities, in line with the Group human resources policies and practices. This position will act as point of contact and lead for multiple key Talent Development programs, in partnership with the Talent Development team.

Responsibilities

  1. Consult business leaders, partner with Human Resources and other Talent Development professionals to build effective relationships that support business needs, including short and long-term business strategies.
  2. Support diversity and inclusion efforts by designing, supporting, implementing, and growing opportunities that attract, engage, advance, and retain diverse talent.
  3. Coordinate and assist training actions, team development opportunities, and leadership development solutions using the 70/20/10 methodology to enhance individual and team performance.
  4. Counsel management on Talent Development matters by providing data, report metrics, indicators, and feedback to assist organizational decisions.
  5. Provide one-to-one career coaching for employees, assist with individual development planning, and implement development initiatives.
  6. Stay abreast of latest trends, share best practices within the Talent Development area, share lessons learned, and propose continuous improvement ideas.
  7. Effectively lead and participate in project teams and program management; manage multiple Talent Development programs and processes.
  8. Ensure proper use of Group management development tools to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

  • Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR function within an industrial environment.
  • Familiar with HR Information systems and MS Office.
  • International mindset.
  • Results-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum bilingual (English required).
