In our large agency in Merseburg, Weißenfels, Querfurt, and Bad Dürrenberg, we have been doing this for many years. We are looking for a trainee to succeed Mr. Nitzsche as the agency successor, who will continue to care for our customers with the DEVK team. • Managing your agency and the connected branch office
• Leading your agency staff in sales and personnel matters
• Ensuring the care of our long-standing private and business customers in insurance matters
• Expanding the existing customer base through continuous acquisition of new clients and consistent cross-selling
• Managing the agency's claims processing

What you should bring:

• Completed training as an insurance specialist, insurance and finance clerk, or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, further training as an insurance specialist or insurance business administrator
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Strengths in sales, openness, social skills, and team leadership
• Enjoy working with people
• Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibilities
• Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
