Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and motivated Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) to support our esteemed client in Köln. Your role will involve coordinating logistical operations and ensuring smooth transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Planning and controlling goods and transportation dispatch
• Coordinating transports, routes, and deliveries
• Communicating with drivers, service providers, and clients
• Monitoring timely order processing and documentation
• Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes
• Preparing reports and evaluations for management

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
• Experience in dispatching and coordinating transports
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with logistics and dispatch software is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills; English skills are advantageous
