On behalf of our client, HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH, we are looking for a Production Planner Prototypes & Series Production in Oberkochen to start as soon as possible. Job description

Tasks

  • Planning and optimisation of workflows and manufacturing processes
  • Creating, maintaining and documenting work plans, bills of materials and production documents in SAP
  • Selecting and planning suitable production equipment, conducting target/actual comparisons
  • Performing cost calculations and evaluating in-house vs. outsourced manufacturing
  • Supporting production ramp-up, especially for prototypes and new technologies
  • Contributing to design-for-manufacturability and serviceability analyses
  • Supporting production teams with technical issues and root cause analysis
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, quality and project management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as electrician, industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician, each with further training as a technician or business administrator
  • Solid professional experience in assembly and commissioning of optoelectronic systems
  • Proven experience in production planning and REFA/MTM qualification
  • Proficiency in Lean Production and Six Sigma methods
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP, and AutoCAD
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
