In logistics administration, we manage and organize the flow of goods, playing a key role in this chain. Join our Logistic Experts team in controlling and advance your stakeholders with dashboards and analyses.

What you will do

• Handle logistics KPIs and work across interfaces as a (Junior) Logistics Expert Controlling for logistics overhead.
• Conduct and optimize existing reporting, develop new reports, and improve existing ones for the entire ROSSMANN logistics management.
• Perform standard analyses of plan vs. actual deviations and ad-hoc evaluations for various questions.
• Transfer standard reports into our BI tool QlikSense and create dashboards, collaborating closely with IT teams to integrate additional programs and data sources.
• Prepare results for different target groups to support management decision-making.
• Engage in analyses related to current developments to inform decisions.
• Participate actively in department projects and cross-functional working groups.

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies in business sciences, controlling, business informatics, or similar.
• Initial professional experience in controlling, gained through employment or practical internships.
• Ability to quickly understand complex relationships, handle logistics KPIs, and work analytically, independently, and structured.
• Practical knowledge of BI tools and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various target groups, confident demeanor.
• Quick adaptability, solution-oriented thinking, and willingness to learn new topics.
