Intern (m/f/d) Sales Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as an Intern (m/f/d) – Sales Support Specialist to join our Team.

You will be part of a dynamic, young and international Sales Operations Team.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will provide Sales team & Partners support based on their daily activities / requests.
• You will manage requests (open, follow-up, closure) from Sales Team & Partners related to transactions, including escalation to the key stakeholders.
• You will gather, qualify and formalize enhancement requests from Sales Team & Partners related to 3DS Sales Processes & Systems, to feed the Feedback Loop.

Qualifications

• You passed at least your matriculation examination.
• You are interested in business processes and support.
• You are a team player.
• You have strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
