Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate and delegate tasks among CSA Operations staff, international partners, agencies, regulators, and customers to achieve project objectives. Respond to customer inquiries regarding European CE marking and related technical and regulatory requirements.
  2. Respond to inquiries about CE marking for products exported to the European Union and European Economic Area, covering technical and regulatory aspects.
  3. Plan, direct, and coordinate designated CE marking projects, ensuring goals meet customer needs within specified timelines, budgets, and regulations. Activities include defining project scope, estimating costs and timelines, identifying applicable directives and standards, providing engineering inputs, arranging testing services, customizing reports, and reviewing engineering documentation.
  4. Collaborate with departments, international partners, agencies, and regulators to deliver comprehensive service. Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring CE marking services in Europe.
  5. Stay current on CE marking requirements, regulations, and guidelines. Maintain a database of information and inform internal teams of country-specific deviations and requirements.
  6. Conduct training sessions for customers, staff, and partners to ensure process consistency and technical competence. Develop training materials covering regulatory and procedural requirements.
  7. Review and update CE marking processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in compliance industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with EU Directives, Harmonized Standards, CENELEC, and IEC standards.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible with schedule and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and foster innovative solutions.
  • Initiative to understand customer needs deeply and stay updated on standards.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies, delivering complex initiatives efficiently.
