ERP Consultant (f / m / d)

To support our team, we are searching for an ERP Consultant (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU DO

• Provide in-house MS Dynamics Business Central consulting
• Implement new projects in collaboration with the ERP team and stakeholders
• Develop solution proposals and functional designs for stakeholder-specific demands
• Interpret user requests and translate them into functional requirements
• Organize workshops and prepare project documentation
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Perform functional testing and ensure product quality
• Provide 2nd level support focusing on user needs
• Conduct user training and prepare training manuals
• Work in an international environment
• Collaborate closely with end users, IT department, and ERP specialists

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central as a functional consultant
• Experience in user support, upgrades, and implementations
• Good understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
• Experience in project management and consulting roles with a Microsoft Partner
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
• Experience working in an agile environment, familiar with SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
• Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong team player and contributor to team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
