You support our team as

Construction Manager / Project Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the various trades on site: Ensuring a smooth process and cooperation between the trades involved (e.g. electricians, plumbers, drywall builders).
  • Overcoming unexpected challenges: Quick and effective resolution of unforeseen problems that may arise during the construction process.
  • Regularly informing all parties involved in jour fixe meetings: Organizing and holding regular meetings to inform all project participants about the current status, progress and possible obstacles.
  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines: Monitoring construction progress and ensuring that all work is completed on time.
  • Quality control: Checking the work carried out for compliance with quality standards and initiating corrective measures if necessary.
  • Safety management: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
  • Documentation: Keeping and maintaining construction files, logs and reports for complete documentation of the construction project.
  • Involvement in the planning phase: Participation in the planning and preparation of new construction projects from the outset to ensure optimal implementation.
Qualifications
  • Master craftsman or technician qualification: A master craftsman or technician qualification is required in addition to the technical training.
  • Completed trade qualification: A sound training in a relevant trade (preferably in the TGA sector) is essential.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management: Practical experience in the management of construction projects, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders and organize complex projects.
  • Assertiveness and problem solving skills: Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and resilience: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and keep a cool head in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and standards: Familiarity with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical understanding and IT skills: Ability to read and interpret building plans and use common software tools (CAFM, MS Office).
