In each center, teams handle deliveries, pick products, package, and ship — all crucial to our success.

These centers are fast-paced environments where adherence to policies and procedures is essential. We need a leader who can ensure reliable delivery to customers and uphold our customer obsession.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
  • Coordinating inventory control maintenance and random counts according to network strategies, ensuring compliance with SOX
  • Measuring quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, providing feedback to management
  • Analyzing customer complaints and defect data, developing action plans to reduce incidents
  • Identifying root causes of inventory deviations through analysis
  • Leading network-wide fulfillment and quality initiatives
  • Strategic planning, forecasting, and directing work
  • Supervising a team of area managers and associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance
  • Driving process improvements and motivating team members to adapt to growth, reducing turnover
Additional responsibilities include gaining process expertise, reviewing KPIs, collaborating on projects, working with Loss Prevention, and supporting hiring efforts.

Basic qualifications:
A degree, relevant experience in management, proficiency in English and German, experience with data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with supply chain processes.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics, MS Office, and a proven ability to initiate results in complex environments. Prior inventory control and quality assurance experience are advantageous.
