We are looking for a consultant who can provide support for the HCL Connections platform (agree21Communities and weConnect).
Job Responsibilities
- Documentation according to the customer's specifications
- Implementation of ITIL processes, in particular:
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Release Management
- Processing of Service Requests
- Second Level Support
- Coordination of 3rd level support from the manufacturer
- Support in the assessment of IT risks
- Implementation of integration and system tests
- Test support and test coordination according to the client's specifications
Required Skills
Very good knowledge of operation, functions, and handling of:
- HCL Connections Administration
- Domino Notes Functions
- Connections Administration Toolkit (CAT)
- Interface management and WebSphere basics
- LDAP / TDI
- Red Hat Linux
- Fluency in English and German
Desired Skills
