For our Global Brand Marketing department, we are looking for a

Cooling Solutions & Portfolio

who's core responsibility is to manage our current and future global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions. This role is explicitly specialized for the phase from the defined project order to a market-ready product, including our award-winning Tap Machine Family as well as a wide range of various solutions for on- and off-trade channels that we deploy globally. Always focusing on our mission of becoming the best shot drink (brand) in the world in a highly competitive market.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and improve our current global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions (Focus: Tap Machine Family).
  2. Management and coordination from project brief to market-ready product as an expert for the entire product development process (process expert responsibility / not owner responsibility).
  3. Management of projects for the continuous technical and design development of tap machines as well as action plans based on legal and market-specific requirements.
  4. Analysis and optimization of tap machine relevant processes, e.g., development, complaint management, and after-sales/services.
  5. Ensuring global product conformity together with our quality management to guarantee the supply of our tap machines in all global markets.
  6. Development of potential simplifications of the certification process for the markets to exploit placement potential.
  7. Proactive market and regional management support in terms of product-specific questions, educational material, and product compliance.
  8. Creation of education & training content and integration into existing digital platforms.
  9. Development of possible setups for after-sales processes with the aim of higher customer satisfaction, longer life cycles, and reduced costs for our tap machines.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Completed studies in Business / Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education.
  2. 2 years + X experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
  3. Strong skills in stakeholder and process management as well as process optimization.
  4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  5. Experience in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  7. MS Office skills, Miro, SAP, and Workfront as an advantage.
