Manufacturing IT Expert (m / f / d) - System Engineering / Admin, Ingenieur

Job Responsibilities

• Conception, architecture, and development of modern IT applications.
• Support of legacy software.
• Technical integration of manufacturing and production systems.
• Sub-project management and collaboration on IT projects.
• Management of local production departments concerning local and global OT (Operational Technology) security measures.
• Evaluation of existing solutions and coordination of new OT security tools.
• Further development of methodical and technical risk assessment and standards related to OT security.
• Definition and continuous improvement of local guidelines.
• Implementation of awareness and training measures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering or production IT.
• Experience in conception, architecture, and development of modern IT applications.
• Knowledge of interface technologies such as OPC/UA and TCP/IP.
• Ideally, knowledge of OT security tools.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English and German.
• High analytical thinking skills, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and an independent, structured work approach.
• Excellent communication skills, high customer orientation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
