About the Opportunity

Contentful is looking for a Senior Automations Product Manager for the Intelligence Experience Platform.

We’re seeking a Senior Automations Product Manager to lead innovation in AI-powered automations, transforming how marketing and content teams build, orchestrate, and scale their workflows and campaigns.

In this role, you will lead the development of intelligent automation and collaboration capabilities that streamline content operations and unlock new efficiencies at scale. You will explore the latest advancements in collaboration technologies, enabling seamless human-system interaction in the emerging world of Agentic Operations. You will work closely with Contentful’s platform and AI teams to shape our AI and automation strategy, powering dynamic, self-optimizing experiences for marketing teams from Fortune 500 companies.

What to expect?

• Identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases to automate and optimize workflows driving digital experience generation and optimization at scale
• Connecting to agentic workflows to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Driving content velocity and AI output quality, enabling customers to produce more personalized and impactful content efficiently.
• Leveraging existing platform capabilities to enhance automation processes and improve the efficiency of content generation workflows.

This role works closely with product leadership, Founders and C-level.

What you need to be successful

• Proven experience as a seasoned PM in previously managed B2B platforms
• Proven experience in developing product market strategy and launching new products on the market.
• Has API and platform mindset, previous experience working on platform capabilities, creating scalable and extensible automation solutions.
• Has a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, ideally with experience building AI capabilities at scale using platform services. Preferably, with knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption.
• Passion for working in environments with high uncertainty, navigating new, uncharted territories
• Motivated to become a market and technology expert of the designated area
• Comfortable being hands-on in driving change and getting into the engineering aspects when required.
• Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholder.
• A holistic thinker who can translate the vision into strategy and execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities.
