What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational performance across a portfolio of properties in multiple large hotel brands
  • Assist Directorof Operations in implementing new tools on enhancing guest satisfaction and quality improvement
  • Act as the primary contact for General Managers and property operational leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., RevPAR, GOP, guest satisfaction) and develop action plans.
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with Finance and Property teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost control.
  • Coordinate and support property openings, renovations, and transitions.
  • Conduct operational audits and follow up on compliance and quality assurance issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Asset Management, HR, Development, and Procurement.
  • Lead portfolio-wide initiatives related to ESG, sustainability, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and develop property leadership teams and support succession planning.

What we’re looking for

  • 5–7years of hands-on experience in hotel operations, ideally with expertise in managing large portfolios or multiple hotel brands
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong experience in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties and large hotel brands, with the ability to manage complex operations and drive consistent performance
  • Deep knowledge of key performance metrics (e.g., RevPAR, GOP, guest satisfaction) and the ability to analyze data and implement effective action plans to improve results
  • Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost control across multiple properties
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting, working closely with finance teams and property leadership to ensure financial goals are met
  • Strong knowledge of brand standards and operational procedures, with a focus on maintaining consistency across the portfolio
  • Experience in property openings, renovations, and transitions, with an eye for detail and operational readiness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with PMS systems and ideally Fairmas for performance and financial tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages, especially German, are an advantage
  • A passion for sustainability, ESG, and operational excellence, and a drive to implement company-wide initiatives
