Responsibilities

1. User Stories & Backlog
   Learn how to write good User Stories & Epics and organize them in the backlog.
2. Product & User Experience Design
   Understand usability & UX design fundamentals and develop prototypes, communicating with UX designers.
3. Steering Development Teams
   Manage your team in Scrum or Kanban processes, understanding key ceremonies and expectations.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
   Test software products and organize the deployment process.
5. Product Vision & Stakeholder Communication
   Create product vision statements and communicate product goals within the company.
6. Tracking & Data Analysis
   Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to measure product success and identify issues.
