Requirements

Residence: Only for applicants from Germany

Language: Native-level German

• Experience in Customer Success or technical customer support within a software environment
• Experience managing service tickets and customer inquiries, including technical support cases
• Excellent technical communication skills to convey complex issues clearly

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Additional training or deeper understanding of facility management processes
• Basic knowledge of programming and databases

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting customers for optimal use of our software solution SPARTACUS Facility Management
• Active management of service tickets, customer requests, and orders using our support system
• Conducting problem analysis and developing suitable solutions in direct communication with clients
• Collaborating with application consultants and software development teams to implement customer requirements and feedback
