As a Fire Suppression System Engineer (Sprinkler & Hydrant Systems) (m/f/d), you will support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of sprinkler and hydrant systems. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure that all maintenance tasks, inspections, and legal requirements are completed in a timely and structured manner. This role focuses on operational support and system upkeep, with growing responsibility for system understanding and improvement suggestions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and monitor routine maintenance and inspections of sprinkler and hydrant systems
  • Support implementation of safety and compliance measures according to legal and company standards
  • Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation (e.g., maintenance logs, inspection protocols)
  • Collaborate with certified third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure systems are returned to operational state promptly after service or repairs
  • Escalate technical issues or system irregularities to P3 or manager level
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes
  • Document and communicate work progress clearly to the team and supervisor
  • Manage handovers from EPC to technical service

What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical education (e.g., technician, engineer, or comparable qualification)
  • Deep understanding of fire safety systems, especially sprinkler and hydrant systems
  • First experience in maintenance coordination or technical facility operations
  • Reliability, structured work style, and a hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
