IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

In cooperation with the management of the Neumann Kaffee Group, we are looking for you as IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

At this leading global green coffee service provider, internationality and diversity with around 3000 employees in 26 countries meet the corporate culture of an independent family business.

The company is currently undergoing a worldwide digital transformation process with the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 F&O, in which you as IT Project Manager (m/f/d) will play an important role in the successful realization and thus contribute significantly to the overall corporate success of a globally operating family business.

Aufgaben

• You take over the management of (partial) projects as part of the implementation of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O rollout or are responsible for project coordination within the Project Management Office in this context
• You are responsible for project controlling, always keeping an eye on the progress of the projects and communicating this to all relevant stakeholders (including IT Program Manager, the management, or the country organizations)
• You accompany change processes in the company and support organizational changes in the context of digitalization projects
• You are responsible for prioritizing, planning, and coordinating simultaneously running projects including capacity management

Qualifikation

• You have extensive professional experience in both traditional and agile IT project management
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in rollout projects and you are familiar with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
• You possess a high level of customer orientation and are accustomed to bringing together the right stakeholders and translating between business and IT as needed
• You are interested in working in an international environment and communicate confidently and appropriately in English (C1) to various target groups
