Do you love working with customers to drive adoption of SaaS solutions and ensure they realize value from their investment and grow with you? The Customer Success department’s mission is to build, retain, and grow our customers. We serve as a liaison to ensure customers are set up for success.

We are seeking a technically savvy and customer-centric contributor to join our Customer Success organization as a Structures / Fabrication Business Advisor. This role requires a blend of product expertise, industry knowledge, business strategy, and top-tier service to maximize platform value and adoption within our customer base.

As a Business Advisor (BA), you will work with construction customers such as designers, civil engineers, fabricators, and contractors as a subject matter expert in BIM. Your goal is to develop a cohesive approach to utilizing platform capabilities to achieve business objectives, driving adoption and value realization through deep product and industry expertise, technical advisory, and product demonstrations as needed. A strong background in Construction BIM solutions, technical acumen, customer-centric mindset, forward-thinking, analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and team-player attitude are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Assist clients independently with the implementation and use of BIM products for building services (focusing on HLS) and articulate the value of BIM products. Help customers realize value from Trimble technology by providing deep product expertise with Trimble Nova (and optionally Trimble Stabicad), driving insights, and ensuring technical success.
  • Support the development of strategic use cases, adoption roadmaps, and recommendations to optimize product usage across various levels within the customer organization.
  • Maintain audit processes and documentation to regularly assess client environments for optimal performance and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Support business reviews with decision-makers and be perceived as a strategic trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products and services, including platform features, professional services, and training.
  • Advocate for the customer within Trimble to ensure customer success.
  • Effectively communicate the BIM product value within the context of Trimble Construction One.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Trained system planner, technician, or engineer specializing in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation). Knowledge of CAD/CAE programs (HLSE) is advantageous.
  • Proven success in value delivery and client relationship development.
  • Highly organized and capable of working collaboratively across a matrix organization to achieve results.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests with rapid turnaround while meeting customer expectations.
  • Quick learner, great teammate, and effective change manager.
  • Excellent executive communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in German and English.

About Your Location

Preferably, you can adopt a hybrid working model (office attendance 2-3 times a week), ideally in our Raunheim (Germany) or Bodegraven (Netherlands) offices. However, candidates in other parts of Germany or the Netherlands who meet the language requirements are encouraged to apply.
