LET'S MAKE SALES - Your Tasks

1. Develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations.
2. Actively seek telephone contact with new and existing customers and present our support service portfolio (employee leasing).
3. Determine the personnel needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our applicants/project staff.
4. Create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations.
5. Support our project staff & have technical leadership responsibility.

SALES EXCELLENCE - Your Skills

1. You have sales in your DNA, bring a great passion for networking, and want to achieve goals together with your team.
2. You have already gained experience in industry-internal sales.
3. You hold a completed university degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management, or comparable).
4. You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) & a driving license class B.
