Team Leader IT (m/f/d)

LDBS Lichtdienst GmbH is a company that specializes in lighting technology and operates internationally in a constantly growing market. We offer our customers a unique complete service covering all aspects of lighting. We support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of their lighting systems - from expert advice to completed installation and maintenance. We also supply all the materials required. As one of the largest employers in Falkensee near Berlin, we are looking for an IT Team Leader (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Your Tasks

1. Administration of local servers (Windows Server)
2. Administration of Linux-based web server, MySQL, PHP, SH, Shopware 6, SSL
3. Administration of the NAV merchandise management system
4. Coordination of external service providers
5. Procurement of IT goods & IT consumables, as well as license management for various server & client products
6. Management of the IT budget and cost control
7. Active participation in day-to-day business

Your Profile

1. You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
2. You have several years of professional experience in IT
3. Confident handling of Microsoft products: Windows Server 2016 & 2019, Active Directory, MS SQL, Dynamics NAV 2017
4. You have knowledge & experience in the following areas:
5. Server virtualization with ESX and Hyper-V
6. Dealing with Linux systems
7. Administration & management of online store systems, preferably Shopware
8. Routing and switching
9. Confident handling, advanced knowledge & practical experience in handling MS Excel, MySQL & MS SQL
10. Knowledge of electronic invoice transmission via EDI, X400
11. The ability to work in a team, flexibility, and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you
