What will I be doing?

1. Acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
2. Negotiating and concluding corporate and event contracts
3. Representing the hotel at fairs and workshops
4. Planning and executing sales trips and fam trips independently
5. Supporting conference and event sales with inquiries and negotiations
6. Managing customer data in a CRM system
7. Creating and implementing a sales action plan
8. Onboarding and training new employees and apprentices

What are we looking for?

• Motivated team player
• Some leadership experience
• Fluent in German and English
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Knowledge of German and international markets
• Driving license category B
• Experience with Salesforce, Delphi.fdc is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
