Responsibilities

  • Independent work preparation and handling of installation services
  • Supervision and execution of refractory linings
  • Carrying out service calls for repairs and fault analyses
  • Support/supervision of commissioning
  • Creation and management of documents for the construction site
  • Management, technical guidance, and invoicing of work groups
  • Schedule control and coordination with other trades
  • Responsibility for compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations and internal company safety standards
  • Support in the calculation of projects
  • Cooperation with customers and other companies involved in the project
  • Proper handling of construction sites
  • Management of assembly personnel
  • Contact person for the customer on site
  • Activities in Neuwied are possible (Hall 5 and building yard)
  • Compliance with occupational safety regulations

Requirements

  • Completed training as a bricklayer, concrete worker, or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a foreman or supervisor on construction sites in Germany and abroad. Experience in handling assembly projects
  • Knowledge in the field of furnace construction is an advantage
  • G-Suite, MS-Office, CAD knowledge is an advantage
  • Written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel 100%
  • Driving license class B
