Your Responsibilities

• Consult clients on defining and implementing cyber security and information risk management systems to prepare for current threats and disruptive changes.
• Advise on IT and compliance requirements for financial services, focusing on innovative, technology-driven processes, automation, and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Develop and implement Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity strategies to ensure resilience against unforeseen events.
• Design sourcing strategies and governance processes for collaborations with various IT service providers, including hyperscalers, with comprehensive risk management.
• Prepare, support, and review regulatory audits according to KWG and related standards.
• Leverage your network within the financial sector to promote innovative projects and solutions.
• Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to solve complex problems and manage responsibilities in an international environment.
• Create tailored, tool-based solutions that meet both regulatory and business needs.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, IT, or related fields with IT knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT compliance and/or information security.
• Knowledge of MaRisk, MaGo, DORA, ISO 27001, Business Continuity, and Third Party Risk Management.
• Proven experience in regulatory projects and internal consulting within financial services.
• Innovative mindset with a desire to explore new paths and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO 27001).
• Project management skills and understanding of process interrelations.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Familiarity with cyber security tools such as ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, and interest in AI applications.
• Fluent in German and English.
