Your Role

Based in Kiel, you will lead an IVVQ team in system integration and testing campaigns for Thales' Above Water Systems (AWS). Your responsibilities include defining integration and test strategies, collaborating with project teams across disciplines, planning IVVQ work packages, and managing opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
• Experience in hardware qualification and team management
• Project management experience; certification (e.g., IPMA) is a plus
• Proficiency in English; German is advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally
