Responsibilities

• Setting up Packages, UI forms, Workflows, Processes, Jobs, and Notifications
• Maintaining IDM Roles, Privileges, Business Roles, and Users
• Performing customization for connectivity with SF, SAP (cloud and on-premise), AD, and non-SAP systems to provision data from IDM
• Creating Mass Operation jobs, Custom connectors, and REST API calls
• Conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues with Stuck Workflows/Approvals, Provisioning queues, Dispatcher/Jobs
• Maintaining scripts
• Understanding access to Eclipse, NW Admin, Database, and UI
