We are seeking an Account Manager (f/m/d) for Italy to join our Berlin office as part of our dedicated B2B Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively engage customers through targeted campaigns and establish Lampenwelt as a key supplier in the European market.
  2. Qualify and handle all incoming customer inquiries.
  3. Negotiate and close projects in collaboration with lighting design experts.
  4. Create innovative customer engagement concepts, working with the B2B marketing team.
  5. Develop business within your area of responsibility.
  6. Prepare offers and process orders.

What will help you succeed

  1. Fluent Italian skills, both written and spoken, with good English proficiency.
  2. Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  3. Preferably experience in B2B sales.
  4. Ideally 2-3 years of experience in telephone or face-to-face sales.
  5. Resilience, self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
