IT Rapid Response Senior Developer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for making modifications to the Kinaxis RapidResponse solution, enabling software users to make more informed decisions faster.
2. Work with the RapidResponse internal support team to configure, maintain, and improve the RapidResponse resources and control tables, including the creation of or enhancement to either the training or solution documentation.
3. Work with users to clearly define and document new and/or enhancements to existing resources to support the Advantest supply chain planning process.
4. Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting resources within Kinaxis RapidResponse to support the Supply Chain functions.
5. Understand the RapidResponse data model, core analytics, and query language to be able to author profile variables, insert definitions, task flows, filters, hierarchies, processes, alerts, scripts, forms, and various types of complex workbooks; composite worksheets and conditionally hidden worksheets related to: Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Constraints Planning.
6. Work with ERP Integration personnel to improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability, and value.
7. Participate in creating architecture diagrams and systems documentation that can be understood easily and used by business colleagues.
8. Create value via logical and innovative solutions that solve complex problems and adhere to best practices and improve development standards.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.
2. Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse Application (must).
3. Deep knowledge of Workbooks and data needs for the application.
4. Experience with ERP systems (experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 preferred).
5. Detail orientation, organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Customer focus attitude.
8. High volume orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyze complex processes and systems.
10. Self-direction with ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
