IT Support Engineer(L1 & L2)

We're Hiring: Freelance IT Support Technicians (Level 1/2) – Hybrid, Onsite in Germany

We are currently looking for two freelance IT Support Technicians (Level 1/2) to join our team and support multiple industrial sites across Germany. These hybrid roles will primarily be onsite, with limited remote work (1–2 days/week), and require a high degree of autonomy.

Role Overview:

You’ll be providing hands-on support at production sites, handling both Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues. Ideal candidates are experienced, proactive, and fluent in both German and English.

Locations:

• Position 1:
• Also covering 2 nearby sites (within 5 km) – ~75 users total
• Position 2:

Both roles will require occasional travel to other DACH-region sites and onboarding at our HQ in Borgholzhausen.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Support:

• PC setup and deployment (Autopilot knowledge a plus)
• User onboarding to IT tools

Level 2 Support:

• Networking: firewalls, switches, connectivity
• Handling escalations of complex issues
• Collaboration with Level 3 team in France (French a plus!)

Tech Environment:

• ServiceNow
• Internal deployment/support tools (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• Freelancers with strong Level 1 & 2 IT support experience
• Fluent in German & English (French is a bonus)
• Comfortable working autonomously in an industrial environment
• Own a car – no public transport access to the sites
• Available from mid-August 2025 for onboarding & training
