Brief Description

We are currently looking to add a Customer Application Specialist to our team in Rostock, Germany. In this role, you will support and manage international customer projects in molecular diagnostics. We’re seeking a proactive life sciences professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a passion for teamwork in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

This position is located in Rostock, Germany.

Your tasks after appropriate training:

• Support and manage international customer projects in molecular diagnostics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions using SensID technologies to meet customer needs.
• Prepare cost estimates and contribute to offer and contract development.
• Act as a key link between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support.

What We Expect from You:

• Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field; PhD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of application experience in NGS and/or PCR, preferably in clinical or molecular pathology.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Enjoy interpersonal interactions and teamwork.
• Strong listening skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• High attention to detail and quality, effective organization.
• Proactive, independent work approach.
• Analytical skills, creativity, and effective collaboration.
• Occasional attendance at international conferences.
