We’re a fast-growing, established industrial machinery company with a proven track record of success, generating €120 million in annual revenue and employing a talented workforce of 500+ professionals. Backed by a top-tier Private Equity firm, we are ready to expand and drive forward-looking strategies to propel the business to the next level.

The Role:

As the Vice President, Business Unit, you’ll lead a highly skilled team and oversee the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of one of our core business units. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the company’s future by leveraging your leadership expertise to drive:

• Revenue growth and market expansion across global markets
• Operational efficiencies through innovation and best practices
• Financial performance improvement and maximizing profitability
• Development and execution of long-term business strategies
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identifying and executing on new business opportunities, while nurturing existing ones

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the P&L for your business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the leadership team
• Drive sustainable business growth and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives
• Play a key role in M&A strategies, capital raising, and integration processes in alignment with our PE partners

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the industrial machinery sector or related industries
• Someone who has previous experience in managing multi site operations would be preferable
• Someone with a Commercial & Operations background is highly desirable.
• A track record of successfully scaling a business, driving growth, and optimizing operations
• Exceptional financial acumen and experience in managing P&L and profitability
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience working with or in private equity-backed organizations
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
