Your Tasks

• Develop and implement financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes for the tour operator company
• Monitor analyze and interpret financial performance data identifying revenue and cost drivers pricing structures and profitability margins to optimize business operationsand implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks to track business performance identify areas for improvement and drive business growth and profitability
• Utilize financial modeling scenario analysis and data analysis tools to evaluate the financial impact of potential business initiatives pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to create insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards facilitating effective communication and understanding of financial information
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management highlighting key financial indicators trends and insights to support strategic decisionmaking
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement business strategies ensuring financial objectives are aligned with company goals
• Oversee the monthend closing process ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for

What you bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Business Controller in the tourism industry with a minimum of 57 years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data including revenue and cost drivers pricing structures and profitability margins
• Experience with development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks
• Proficient in financial modeling scenario analysisand data analysis tools (e.g. Excel financial planning software) as well as in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis to identify trends risks & opportunities and support strategic decisionmaking to drive business growth and profitability
• Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques to analyze and optimize cost structures within the tour operator business
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders
• Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
