We are supporting a prominent Investment Bank in Hamburg with a search for a Legal Counsel experienced in Capital Markets (equities), Financial Markets, and Regulatory Compliance.

The Job Scope:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts according to topics mentioned above
• Implementing legal requirements and ensuring compliance on regulatory topics
• Working both in a team and autonomously
• Travel in Germany and Europe wide

Your profile:

• Fully qualified lawyer with several years of experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets / Regulatory Compliance / Transactions
• Strong knowledge about the banking sector - ability to give overviews of topics in simple language
• Language skills: German and English
