Position Overview

Then the role of Customer Relations Representative (m/w/d) on a fixed-term basis as parental leave cover until December 31, 2025, might be the perfect challenge for you.

Responsibilities

1. Manage customer accounts in Austria, Scandinavia, and Germany.
2. Handle the complete order-to-cash process, including processing international customer and sample orders from entry to invoicing.
3. Create, review, and ensure timely dispatch of invoices, considering tax-related aspects.
4. Maintain customer contact and serve as the main contact person to ensure smooth communication.
5. Conduct monthly closings for your customer portfolio.
6. Resolve daily business challenges such as delivery delays, transport shortages, missing documents, or misallocations.
7. Process customer complaints and returns.
8. Generate credit and debit notes.
9. Maintain sales prices and customer master data (e.g., shipping instructions, variable texts).
10. Archive documents in accordance with audit standards.
11. Review and allocate logistics costs accurately.
12. Actively seek cost-effective solutions for problematic cases and collaborate professionally and service-oriented with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

1. Completed university degree or commercial training with additional qualification (business administration/sales).
2. Experience in independent order processing and the necessary know-how for order handling.
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
4. Self-reliant, structured, responsible, and reliable work style.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP.
6. Team-oriented and respectful interaction with others.
