Service Technician – Mannheim Area (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• You will provide on-site technical service for filter management at our customers' facilities in the greater Mannheim area.

• During the operation of production and HVAC systems, you will monitor and document relevant air quality parameters.

• You will carry out air quality measurements, maintenance work (VDMA 24168), hygiene inspections (VDI 6022), and acceptance tests (ISO 14644).

• You will use your experience in ventilation technology to perform filter audits as well as inspection and testing of building and production systems.

• You will participate in quality meetings and audits with customers.

• You will prepare customer reports and present your findings.

• You will identify cost-saving opportunities and develop, implement, and follow up on process improvements.

Qualifications:

• You have completed vocational training, ideally in building services engineering (ventilation / refrigeration technology) or HVAC systems.

• You have further training as a master craftsman or technician.

• You have experience in filtration, maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems, and the optimization of technical operations.

• You work independently and have a conceptual, structured way of thinking.

• You present yourself with confidence and have a strong customer and service orientation.

• You are proficient in using MS Office applications.

• You will primarily be on-site with a major client in the Mannheim area, and you are also open to occasional business travel within Germany.

• You have excellent German skills (C1 level); good English skills are a plus.
