What You Can Expect

  1. You will analyze existing business processes using a Lean Six Sigma approach and identify areas for improvement, especially through process mining technologies.
  2. You will create architectural concepts that effectively combine process improvements with suitable technical solutions.
  3. You will implement process mining-based solutions to enhance business processes and oversee their implementation in larger or more complex technical projects.
  4. You will ensure that new solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
  5. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
  6. You will continuously assess and refine implemented solutions in response to changing business needs and technological advancements.

Whom We Are Looking For

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining, or process excellence.
  • You bring strong hands-on experience with SAP (including SAP tables), Celonis, and ideally data analytics tools like Power BI.
  • You are proficient in SQL or other programming languages, which is considered a strong advantage.
  • You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • You are confident working with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile; a Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are organized, manage your time well, and know how to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
