We’re now looking for a Business Line Manager for our Division Parts and Services in Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions to take responsibility for our Northern Europe's sales area. About your job

In this position, you will ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) performance while driving sustainability and profitable sales of parts and services within our organization. You will develop and implement key account plans and strategies, lead sales management including performance management and development of territory sales teams, and provide feedback on gaps in offering, performance, and quality. With an understanding of customer business, operations, and processes, you will conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities. You will proactively drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business, conduct sales, and grow our business to achieve set targets.

Your role in the organization

• Member of the Sales Area Management team, participating in discussions and decisions for other functions.
• Build and drive infrastructure for technical training of service technicians.
• Ensure the organization has the right competence, processes, and tools for success.

Location and Work Setup

The position is flexible within North Europe, with travel being a central part of the role. We apply a hybrid work setup, allowing a combination of office work and remote work from another location.

Your profile

We seek a candidate with a relevant degree and several years of experience in sales management, especially in complex service operations within the mining and construction industries. Experience working in interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams, along with knowledge of EHS practices, is essential. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required for acting in a global environment.
