Your Key Missions

Lead & Evolve the Engineering Vision

Co‑create and own the long‑term AI‑driven technology roadmap.
Architect, design and review code daily – be the benchmark for engineering excellence.
Guarantee resilience and scalability of our micro‑services worldwide.

Grow & Mentor a World‑Class Team

Directly manage and coach 30+ engineers across Nigeria, Pakistan and the Philippines.
Embed a culture of experimentation, feedback and high productivity.
Champion Dev–Product alignment and CI/CD excellence.
Optimize processes for rapid time‑to‑market and zero‑downtime releases.
Apply AI for automated testing, load forecasting and intelligent Ops.
Train engineers in modern AI/ML techniques, best practices and tooling.
Foster knowledge‑sharing and pair programming sessions.

Collaborate for Business Impact

Partner daily with Product, Marketing & Sales to turn ideas into customer value.
Oversee key vendor relationships and engineering budgets.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership & Hands‑On Depth – 5+ years as Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer in an e‑commerce/SaaS environment; proven track record of coding in production.
AI Expertise – production ML/GenAI deployments; experience with recommender systems, NLP/LLMs or computer vision.
Microservices & Cloud Native – Kubernetes, GCP/AWS and event‑driven architectures.
Distributed Teams – experience leading large, multicultural and remote teams.
Agile Mindset – shipping iteratively and making data‑driven decisions.
Clear Communicator – able to transform complex topics into simple, inspiring messages.
