Position Summary

We are seeking a highly disciplined and results-driven Head of Sales to take full ownership of the sales strategy and execution across multiple European regions : UK, France, Iberia and CEE. This role demands a leader with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, competitive B2B environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and rigorously execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives for each assigned region.
  • Take full accountability for achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable regional sales managers and their teams to high-performance standards.
  • Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts with precision and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate tightly with marketing, product, and customer success departments to ensure unified market approach and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive pipeline management discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the sales process and market environment proactively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally as Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director, with direct responsibility for multiple countries in Europe.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing demanding sales quotas in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding and experience operating within UK, France, Poland, Iberia, Benelux, and CEE markets.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and discipline multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more additional regional languages (French, Spanish, Dutch) highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the regions covered.
  • Strong analytical mindset with capability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
