Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial training with appropriate further training is an advantage
• Ideally already relevant experience in purchasing
• Strong technical understanding
• Good knowledge of ERP programs
• Experience in dealing with common Office applications
• Organizational talent, sociable and assertive
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Your mission:

• Operational purchasing of parts, assemblies, end products and merchandise with request for quotations, quotation analysis, order processing and delivery date tracking as well as invoice verification
• Range and requirements planning, optimization of inventory management
• Contract and complaint management and processing
• Master data entry and maintenance in the ERP system
• Implementation of lean measures as well as optimization of processes and procedures and further development of existing systems
• Close cooperation with the technical departments
• Carrying out compliance checks (ROHS / REACH)
