Manage the operations of the standalone app and PC platform in Germany, including resource placement, content sections, etc., and be accountable for key metrics such as DAU, conversion rate, and revisit rate.
Deeply analyze German users’ shopping habits and consumption preferences, identify industry and product opportunities, and organize corresponding marketing campaigns to increase GMV.
Drive the development and iteration of platform marketing tools to improve users' purchase quantity and average order value.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, or user operations within the internet industry is preferred.
In-depth understanding of the underlying logic of standalone app/PC operations, with well-established methodologies and at least 3 years of practical experience.
Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills; able to utilize data insights to support daily operations.
